This is just a note to thank whoever made this flashing brake. I can see a lot of thought went into the design. I bought a red one something like it at ABC Supply, it was junk. My name is Gary Crawford, I own Crawford Construction. We do a ton of roofs and we always flash with aluminum or copper.This chimney flashing brake, brakes my flashing just as tight as my 10 foot brake. I’m impressed. My name is Mike Nix, Nix Roofing Co., Inc. I have used my Chimney Flashing Brake several times since I bought it just 4 weeks ago. It has saved me time and paid for itself on the first job. It will continue to make money for the company for many years to come. We have several other brakes, 10 foot and 4 foot, that are all heavier and take up quite a bit of space in our trucks or van. The 4 foot can be packed up on the roof pretty easy, but this Chimney Flashing Brake is so much lighter than any of the rest of them and takes up no more room than a 4 foot level. The Mini 8 Corner Brake comes in very handy for corner flashings. The products are excellent, and I am most impressed by Jody himself. He called after I received my brake to make sure it did arrive in good condition and I was satisfied with his product.
